Chaul Bara

ଯିଏ ଖାଇଛେ ସେ ଜାନିଛେ

Ingredients

  • Usuna Rice: 500GM
  • Biri: 100GM
  • Soda: 1/2 Spoon
  • Salt: As per the taste
  • Refined Oil: 500ML

Procedures

  1. Soak the Rice and biri for 4 to 6 hour.
  2. Grind these to make a little harder batter. Harder batter can be easily shaped with hand and slight water.
  3. Mix the salt and soda properly.
  4. Heat the oil in a fry pan. Gently shape the batter to round shape and deep fry to get color as in picture.
  5. Chaul bara ready to serve. Serve with chickpeas curry or Tomato-Coriander chutney.
